Josh and the Muncey group did a fantastic job with the sale of our Jamaica Plain condo. We just had a baby and therefore had very little time to spend coordinating the work that needed to be done to get the condo ready for sale. The Muncey Group expertly managed the whole sale process for us, from providing us with a list of contractors for various line items, coordinating with the contractors to get the work done, and handling all issues that arose after the offer and up until closing. We were incredibly lucky to work with the Muncey Group on a home we sold in Jamaica Plain. They're very knowledgeable: The team led us through every step of the process, through all the minutiae that comes with selling your place. They cared enough about selling our place that she put in some real work. I've never heard of an agent sweeping before and after a showing, or personally replacing smoke detectors when they notices that they need replacing. They worked closely with inspectors to make sure that we're on top of anything and everything that needs to be addressed. They also negotiated brilliantly on our behalf, and we ended up selling for much more than we'd been hoping for. With Josh and the Muncey Group, we left our "we'd be happy with" number in the dust. We feel immensely fortunate to have found them.
Josh and his team were great every step of the way. We weren't sure we were actually going to sell our condo, so we initially asked about the pros and cons of selling it vs renting it out to new tenants. The Muncey Group did a great job with the recent sale of our condo. Josh organized all aspects of the sale, preparations, inspections and paperwork. The property went on the market the week the national emergency was declared for the pandemic and the open houses were among the last to be offered in Boston that weekend. Nevertheless, the sale went through at this difficult time and we were pleased that the unit sold for over the asking price. Josh was always easy to reach and was in frequent communication with us.
